Actually...
I just cant understand how people believe so ignorantly and whole heatedly that evolution is a fact. There is so much faith required to believe in evolution its astounding (heck Darwin didn't believe his own hypothesis). When probability reaches something around 10 x 10 to the 24 or 26 power, scientists begin to assume that whatever they're testing is impossible. Its been estimated the chances of live coming out of nonliving matter to begin the evolution chain is something like 10 x 10 to the 40,000 power. There are all sorts of gaping holes in the theory.
Im not pressing any kind of religion here, I'm just surprised at how often people think evolution is hard core truth because its "science-y" yet so much science disproves it. When people begin spouting off "facts" about evolution that their parroting from random sources that sound smart to their small, suppressed minds they look incredibly stupid to me. To those kinds of people i really with they would get off their biased fat asses and do a little learning themselves before they get the false impression that they're somehow smart.
Like I said (since the average intelligence in the world seems to be declining) I'm not trying to justify any certain religion, simply pointing out some "small issues" on this subject of evolution. Food for thought.
(Plus, this entire comic series is pretty badly done. If you're going to make it shitty, at least make it funny! ^^ Any amount of originality would be appreciated!)

WTF Dude?
This is one of the most original comic I've ever seen.
@Comica: I LOVE how you point to the problem of people who don't want to see facts, because they're so narrowminded. You can put this in a load of context. + It IS funny! Just keep goahhhhcnnnnskjjjjjjjjjp (my cat wanted to say "hi" as well :D )
Love, Julia

@Liripipe:
Im sorry if evolution only follows "science-y” facts. Darwin actually worked on and reviewed his theory for many years after he had finished it just to be absolutely sure that there were no mistakes made. He did, in fact, believe his theory to be true. Science has brought us all the technology, medicine, understanding of math, biology, chemestry etc and even allows us to explore beyond our planet into the deep reaches of outer space. Of all the scientists and engineers in the United States, 95% of them support evolution. These are intelligent people who accept rational, evidence based explanations to the questions of the universe.
Also, there are not any "gaping holes" in the theory of evolution as youve stated. Thanks for stopping by, I hope my unfunny and unoriginal comics continue to blandly humor you in the future!
@Julia:
Thanks for the support! It will never be possible to please everybody so no point in trying. My rat says "Hello" to your cat.

Wow if you don't realize that there are gaping holes in the theory, you really don't know much oabout the subject. It gets tiring always talking to people who don't know much for then the facts that are fed to them -.- its a highly debatable subject that is far from being solid *sigh* but ironically many people take select informations as "gospel" when there is always so much we can never hope to know or figure out. Narrow minded people are exasperating. Though technically everyone is biased in their own ways, including myself, it's still a pain.
I guess I have a different sense of humor also, and you've been loving under a rock, because this whole concept or idea is worn thin. Evolutionists mocking cany other idea other then their own, acting superior because they believe it's more "science-y" (yes, I'm using my spectacular vocabulary again) can be amusing when executed well, but it often is jus boring. Guess I just don't find it that funny *shrug*
Don't get me wrong, I have a great sense of humor, it's just that, I dunno, this just isn't that good to me. But hey, everyone had their own opinions. As its been wisely said,
A man convinced against his will
Is of the same opinion still
So hey, whatever floats your boat.

Oh and hey, sorry about being a dick. Just didn't find it that good. Glad to see you did the mature thing and, wait, never mind.
But you got it baby. I just love boring and bland comics, because anything you create is the peak of excitement and creativity! But hey, don't mind me. Like I said, I am being a dick. Or a douchbag. Both work, really. We're two lil peas in a pod. You're such a silly goose.

Haha I am being SUCH a dick.
To be more mature, the theory of evolution is just that: a theory. Just because plenty of people believe it doesn't make it true. There were plenty of highly intelligent people who were nazis, etc. I've seen a lot of information on the subject, and I just don't believe it. Still, I'm not going to force others to believe exactly like me, but people should do research themselves (not that's I'm saying you dont but still). Ive simply seen enough disproving facts that trump the supportive facts to lead me to my own conclusion.
So yeah, sorry about being rude and a pain, but I still find it lame ^^ haha

Hello Liripipe, welcome back.
There is not one single piece of evidence against evolution. In fact, every single experiment, discovery and observation falls exactly in line with darwins theory (EXACTLY, not sort of, not a little, not maybe.. but EXACTLY without a doubt). Be it DNA and genomes, transitional fossils or the observed evolution of plants, animals and insects alive today. The chihuaua or poodle, for example, were bred to look the way they did today. It is just an example of many different species evolving from the same acestor.
As I said, there is not one piece of evidence supporting anything but evolution, there are only misunderstood facts. I guess it all sums up to one thing in the end. Do you want to follow a religion based on belief, or do you go after a scientific approach to the world, one which has allowed us to cure thousands of diseases, build skyscrapers, fly through the air and land rovers at a precise point at a precise time on another planet millions of miles away. We have come very far in the past few centuries and have come to understand many of lifes secrets and how things work. Im sure religion has brought you something as well, I have no doubt in that and if it makes you happy and helps you be a good person then thats fantastic.

Sorry, wait. Not a single scap of evidence? Sorry buddy, I'm not even going to bother now. Your so narrow minded... Jeez. I take what I said back, this is now just blatant ignorance. I can't even... Wow. People like you are just... Wow. Well, go ahead and live in your little fantasy world, be my guest. That's just sad. I actually pity you now. Someday you might actually research the details about what you believe, but until then... *shrug* Sorry man, tell yourself whatever you want to help you sleep at night. This level of extreme one sided thinkings beyond me. Have a good life, I guess.

Good bye Liripipe.
Youve managed to write several pages worth of comments without even mentioning one thing that speaks against evolution.
All youve said is that Darwin didnt believe his theory (which is false and spread by Elisabeth Reid who claimed she was at his deathbed when he said this. His children were at his deathbed and Elisabeth was not there) and that Evolution is just a theory. This definition explains it best ""Theory" in science does not mean the same thing as "theory" in colloquial terms. In science a theory is a model that explains observations and is backed by strong evidence, it must make predictions and those predictions must be tested and verified and it must be falsifiable.
You can't just come up with an idea and claim its a theory. For a theory to be a theory it has to go though the rigorous scientific process that attempts to falsify it.
Relativity is still a theory, gravity is still a theory, germ theory is still a theory".
Like I said, there is not a single piece of evidence against evolution, just misunderstood facts. Ive spent time trying to find some, I havnt found any and neither have any of the world's scientists. Id love to hear what compelling arguments you have come across.

Well, reading these comments was an interesting use of my time! Now for Comment theatre!!
SCENE: THE COMMENTS SECTION OF A HUMOROUS COMIC ABOUT A TOPIC THAT HAS BEEN CONTROVERSIAL FOR SO LONG THAT IT IS NO LONGER CONTROVERSIAL.
CHARACTERS: A GUEST NAMED LIRIPIPE, AGE 11-16 M OR F, SUBURBAN YOUTH; COMIKA, CARTOONIST; CONTRADICTION123, FEMALE, AGE 11; A FEMALE GUEST NAMED JULIA, 16-28, ATTRACTIVE AND WELL-SPOKEN; JULIA'S CAT, EVEN MORE ATTRACTIVE AND WELL-SPOKEN.
ENTER GUESTS, CONTRADICTION123, AND COMIKA.
contradiction123: [Laughs out loud].
Liripipe: your narrominded! Why dont you think more like me? If you thought exactly like me, you'd be less narrowmindud! Especially since I misuse the words "your" "you're" "there" "their" and misspell half the words I write, which only lends to me being even more ignorant sounding, as well as making it difficult to even read everything I write. Not to mention the fact that I give no evidence to support why I think that evolution is false, even though I seem to believe that the entire theory of evolution is based around Abiogenesis... even though this comic is strictly referring to humans and apes sharing a common line, and has nothing to do with evolution from inorganic matter. Why are you so narrominded? Huh?
Comika: Seriously?
Liripipe: yeah seriusly. Also, your dumb. And you're comics are dumb. But at least I'm the bigger person here!
Liripipe: Sorry. I'm a jerk. But not as big of a jerk as you!
Liripipe: Yur dum!
Julia: Hey guys! Did I miss--
Liripipe: Yur so dum too!
Julia's Cat: Good evening gentlemen, I see there seems to be a dispute going on here. Please don't let me get in the way! But you know there's no way to win an argument on the internet without bringing up Nazis, right?
Liripipe: Nazis BELIEVED in science! NAZIS! Evolution is the will of Hitler!
PLAYERS TAKE THEIR BOWS.
JULIA, JULIA'S CAT, CONTRADICTION123, AND COMIKA EXIT STAGE LEFT.
LIRIPIE EXIT STAGE RIGHT.
THE END
Hmm... I spent WAY too much time on this. Oh well. It's summer!
